The protection of small-town quality of life and service with integrity and pride to the citizens of Forest will remain the top priority of the Forest Police Department. Staffed by a Chief, Assistant Chief, Investigator, 11 full-time officers and 5 part-time officers, Forest is recognized as one of the finest police departments in east central Mississippi. Our officers are certified through the Mississippi Law Enforcemnt Academy.
